He was born on August 12, 1911 in Mexico City. And died at the age of 81 on April 20, 1993. Likewise, Cantinflas was an actor, producer, screenwriter and comedian. His films have gone through hundreds of generations, making thousands of people laugh.
His success was so great that he reached the American population and won the Golden Globe, for Best Comedy Actor in 1956. For his film “Around the World in 80 Days.”

Among the most curious data about the Mexican Charles Chaplin is that at least 72 conjugations of the verb ‘cantinflear’ have been recorded. This according to the Royal Spanish Academy.
It was in December 1981 when Cantinflas filmed his last film, this was: ‘El Barrendero’. Where he plays the role of Napoleon, a humble street sweeper who gets in trouble every now and then.
Thanks to his career, Mario Moreno earned the 722nd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. According to calculations, his masterpieces are worth around 100 million dollars.
