IQ above two geniuses
At the age of three, she was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome a consequence of her suffering from bullying in her school. The teasing of her classmates led her to fall into depression and not wanting to go to school.
Fortunately, her mother Nallely Sanchez took her to therapy, because she knew her daughter was very intelligent. She even already knew the periodic table and a little bit of algebra. There they recommended her mom to take Adhara to the ‘Centro de Atención al Talento’ (CEDAT) where they discovered her IQ.
In this institute students are taught by their abilities. However, it was difficult for her mother to pay the monthly payments. The worst part is that she did not have government support, so she returned to the traditional school.
Adhara dreams big and wants to go to space
There is a very promising future, for Adhara, and she dreams of being an astronaut, as he is interested in studying astrophysics at the University of Arizona. A teacher took her to an event at the Universum Museum where this prestigious institution participated.
Within two years, when she finishes both degrees, her mother will take her to the United States to take her exam. In the meantime, she will also study English. Hopefully they can offer her a scholarship so she can fulfill her dreams.
A bright girl full of tenderness
As if that were not enough, this year, Forbes magazine selected her as one of the 100 most powerful women in Mexico.
On the other hand, she would also like science to be more inclusive with girls and says she wants to support children with autism.
Adhara is a clear example that we should not give up despite adversities. So let’s follow this little genius girl closely, she will surely go far and set Mexico high.
